Our courses are based on practical knowledge applicable to life, with the scientific basis of ancient Indian wisdom and the ethic of the body, mind and soul connection used along the Vedas.

Ayurvedic Medicine

General objectives

Promoted Practitioners of basic Ayurveda with scientific foundations for the development of therapists and spiritual skills in traditional alternative according to the statutes of the World Health Organization.

Specific objectives

  • Acquiring practical knowledge of Basic Ayurveda through professionals in India.
  • Improve skills through supervised practice.
  • Promote and use the bases of the Ayurveda system for healthy, ethical and spiritual wellbeing of the individual and his environment.

9 am Ayurveda Class.

1 pm Lunch.

3 pm Seva (community service).

At the end of the course the students will be certificated by Yoga Inbound India and UDSA.

Hatha Yoga Inbound India

Practice during Hatha Yoga class at the UDSA


To understand that Yoga is the union between God and soul; mind and spirit, etc. We will study and perform the doctrine of Karma Yoga as explained in the Bhagavad Gita, give reference to the Hatha Yoga tradition and disccuss the meaning of Bhakti Yoga.

Practice of the asanas mentioned under foundation course keeps one healthy and strong, both physically and mentally. It energizes each and every part of the body, improves circulation and unites the body, mind and breath.
