Ayurvedic Medicine
Promoted Practitioners of basic Ayurveda with scientific foundations for the development of therapists and spiritual skills in traditional alternative according to the statutes of the World Health Organization.

Practice during Hatha Yoga class at the UDSA
To understand that Yoga is the union between God and soul; mind and spirit, etc. We will study and perform the doctrine of Karma Yoga as explained in the Bhagavad Gita, give reference to the Hatha Yoga tradition and disccuss the meaning of Bhakti Yoga.
Practice of the asanas mentioned under foundation course keeps one healthy and strong, both physically and mentally. It energizes each and every part of the body, improves circulation and unites the body, mind and breath.
